I lost my log-in info. How can I log-in?
Check the back of the iPad! Teams sometimes tape the log-in info to the back of the iPad for safe keeping. If it is not there, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a team member will contact you with your information.
Why does my iPad keep turning off?
Speak with your staff to make sure they are keeping the iPad plugged in at all times. If you believe there to be an issue with the iPad charger or battery, please let your Bevz representative know by contacting us at email@example.com.
Can I still get orders if the iPad is turned off?
No. The iPad needs to be turned on to receive orders.
When do I get paid?
You get paid 2 business days after each order.
