iPad Questions

I lost my log-in info. How can I log-in?


Check the back of the iPad! Teams sometimes tape the log-in info to the back of the iPad for safe keeping. If it is not there, then email us at business@bevz.com and a team member will contact you with your information.




Why does my iPad keep turning off?


Speak with your staff to make sure they are keeping the iPad plugged in at all times. If you believe there to be an issue with the iPad charger or battery, please let your Bevz representative know by contacting us at business@bevz.com.




Can I still get orders if the iPad is turned off?


No. The iPad needs to be turned on to receive orders.





Payment Questions

When do I get paid?


You get paid 2 business days after each order.




I changed banks. How do I update my payment information?


Please email us at business@bevz.com if you would like to update your payment information. We require the following information: (1) Bank name (2) Routing Number (3) Account Number Please note that some banks have different routing numbers for checks and electronic payments. We require the routing number for electronic payments.





Inventory

How do I update my inventory?


You can update your inventory right on the Bevz app! For step-by-step instructions, please watch our YouTube videos or contact us at support@bevz.com.




How can I change the pricing?


You can adjust pricing by editing items in inventory. If you notice any price discrepancies, please contact us at business@bevz.com.




How to I add a new product to my inventory?


Please search for the product on the Bevz Retailer app to ensure that it is not already available. If it does not appear in your search, follow the steps below. 1. Click on PRODUCTS 2. Click on the green button on the top right corner of the page 3. Fill out the product information 4. Submit Once you submit, the product will added to your inventory and available for purchase on the Bevz app within the week.
