Customer Success Manager

Remote - Customer Success - Full-Time

In this role, you will focus on supporting Bevz retail partners (convenience/liquor stores) to ensure that they are equipped with all necessary tools, knowledge and advice needed to operate successfully and become an advocate of Bevz. You will keep detailed notes of each case to enhance customer experience.

Over the past 35 years, our founding team has owned, operated, and consulted for local liquor stores and advised top alcohol and snack companies in the world – we know the industry, key players, and liquor store business really well, and have created the only customized platform designed to help liquor stores operate and grow their business.

Our vision is to transform the 100,000+ independent liquor stores across the nation with the technology, data, and support they need to compete against corporate chains, and create the largest network of liquor stores in the world.


  • Educate independent liquor/convenience stores on Bevz features

  • Support local stores on an ongoing basis to ensure they do not cancel their subscription

  • Meet with Sales & Account Management Leadership Team on a weekly basis to report issues, test strategies out, and get help with tough situations

  • Ensure the efficient and accurate completion of all basic customer transaction requests including issue resolution and expedited production

  • Develop and foster customer relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service for all basic customer experience requests by phone or e-mail

  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns and complaints either directly or by referring to another team member as needed

  • Develop and maintain productive, professional cross-functional working relationships

  • Inbound and Outbound call handling

  • Maintain and work within CRM, Support e-mail inbox, addressing emails in a timely manner

Recommended Experience:

  • Customer Support or similar relationship managing experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to listen to customer's needs to provide accurate solutions

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Comfortable using technology and software platforms like Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, mobile apps, iPhones and iPads, etc.
