Customer Success Manager

Remote - Full-Time

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to help support our customers and help them grow with us. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter that learns fast, and has at least one year in a customer-facing role.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, facilitating their successful adoption of our platform, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure their ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Your goal will be to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers, driving their success and ultimately fostering customer retention and growth.

Bevz is a software and services (SaaS) platform for local, independently operated liquor/convenience stores. Over the past 35 years, our founding team has owned, operated, and consulted for local liquor stores and advised top alcohol and snack companies in the world – we know the industry, key players, and liquor store business really well, and have created the only customized platform designed to help liquor stores operate and grow their business.


Our vision is to transform the 100,000+ independent liquor stores across the nation with the technology, data, products, and support they need to compete against corporate chains, and create the largest network of liquor stores in the world.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to customers, helping them navigate our platform and integrate Bevz into their workflows

  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on the features, functionality, and best practices of our platform

  • Proactively address any onboarding challenges or concerns, working closely with cross-functional teams to find timely resolutions

  • Establish a regular cadence for check-in calls or meetings with customers to gauge their satisfaction, address any issues, and ensure ongoing success

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships, and serving as their advocate within the company

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues or escalations

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities and contribute to account growth

  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and support activities

  • Generate regular reports on customer onboarding progress, check-in outcomes, and overall customer success metrics

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve onboarding and customer success processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, preferably in a software/technology company

  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer data

  • Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
